Shawaya Daaoun

The brief

Basic images were carrying the delivery listing for Shawaya Daaoun, a charcoal grilled chicken brand in Abu Dhabi. We proposed rebuilding the whole range for the aggregator rather than for the wall, as a Visual Uplift made for delivery.

How we shot it

We styled every dish with charcoal and Khaleeji cues, from the chicken on spiced orange rice to the chopped salad and the mint lemon drink in its copper cup. A plate that looks generous on a wall can shrink to almost nothing in a delivery app grid, so each frame was composed to read at thumbnail size.
